This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for enrollment in Academy by Belle online training programs under Belle Beauty Lounge Inc. By enrolling in any Academy by Belle course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

  1. Nature of Certification
    All Academy by Belle programs issue a Certificate of Completion, not a diploma, license, or government-regulated credential. This certificate confirms that you have completed the educational content provided but does not authorize you to practice outside the laws, regulations, and licensing requirements of your province, state, or country.

  2. Licensing & Scope of Practice
    Beauty regulations vary widely by location. It is the student’s responsibility to research local laws before offering services to the public, obtain proper licensing where required, and practice only within the legal and professional scope permitted in their region. Academy by Belle and Belle Beauty Lounge Inc. are not liable for any legal issues, violations, or penalties resulting from practicing without proper licensing or outside your scope of training.

  3. Educational Commitment
    You agree to complete all course modules, assignments, and assessments honestly and independently. You acknowledge that practical skill development requires practice, experience, and ongoing education beyond course completion.

  4. Intellectual Property
    All course content—including videos, images, downloads, manuals, worksheets, and assessments—are the exclusive intellectual property of Academy by Belle. Students may not share, distribute, or screenshot course content; resell the material; copy or replicate the structure, curriculum, branding, or teaching style; or allow others access to their student account. Violations may result in immediate removal from the course without refund and potential legal action.

  5. Refunds & Payment Policy
    All online courses are non-refundable due to immediate access to digital training material. If you selected a payment plan, all payments must be completed in full. Failure to complete payments may result in removal of course access and withholding of your Certificate of Completion.

  6. Certificate Requirements
    Certificates are issued only after 100% completion of all modules, passing all quizzes and assessments, and meeting any course-specific practical requirements if applicable. Academy by Belle reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification if misconduct or policy violations occur.

  7. Safety & Liability
    You acknowledge that beauty and aesthetic procedures involve risk. Academy by Belle is not responsible for injuries to yourself, models, or clients; improper technique performed by you; or complications resulting from services you perform after completion. You must follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines taught in the program.

  8. Technology & Access
    Course access is limited to the student who purchased the program. You are responsible for maintaining your own login security. Academy by Belle may update course materials at any time.

  9. Code of Conduct
    Students agree to behave respectfully in any online live sessions or discussions, not harass instructors or other students, and use course access solely for personal professional development. Violation of the code of conduct may result in course removal without refund.

  10. Disclaimer
    Academy by Belle provides educational content only and does not guarantee employment, business success, income, or skill level post-completion. Results vary based on practice, commitment, and local regulations.

    By enrolling in a course, checking “I Agree,” or accessing course content, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, understand the nature and limitations of the certification, and take full responsibility for legal compliance and professional conduct.
